Job Description
Performs Daily Task:
- Conduct analysis and provide solution & advice upon request through Microsoft Teams/Freshdesk/Email from other departments e.g. Payment, CS, Marketing.
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
- Tasks include but not limited to summary report & slide preparation assigned by superior.
Monitor & Identify Abnormal Trend from Data:
- To identify abnormal users based on their profile.
- To evaluate user behaviour by analysing transactional data.
- To review eligibility of bonus applicant.
- To monitor the spike of data and take immediate action for risk control.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/higher education in Actuarial Science, Risk Management Mathematics or any related field.
- Must have 1 year experience in Risk related position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (with internship in Risk related postion is an advantage)
- Required Language(s): English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel for report writing.
- Able to fully night shift (10pm - 7am) and on weekends / public holidays.
