Job Description
- Monitor and analyze user profiles and transaction data to identify unusual activity or behavior.
- Track data spikes and taking timely action to manage potential risks.
- Perform KYC verification to ensure customer identities are valid.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentation slides as assigned.
- Handle daily tasks by analyzing requests and providing solutions to internal teams
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Graduate Degree in any related fields (Risk Management & Actuarial Science)
- Must be able to speak and write in English and Mandarin.
- Basic understanding and experience in Excel (VLOOKUP & PIVOT Table) for analyzing data
- Able to work in Fully Night Shifts(Fully Work From Home including weekends, public holidays)
