Job Description

• Manage the technical aspects of the NOC, including monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and configuring network devices.
• Collaborate with network engineers and technicians to resolve complex technical problems and optimize network performance.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the NOC team.
• Drive the resolution of customer and stakeholder needs and issues during project implementation, ensuring delivery success and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, optimize processes, and reduce costs.
  Collect and provide feedback on customer needs and issues, collaborating with internal teams to analyze and resolve issues.
• Prepare documentation related to project delivery implementation.
• To enhance the technical aspects of GPU management while also establishing a knowledge base.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electronics, communications, automation, engineering management, or related fields
• Over 8 years of experience in the internet or software industry with corresponding IT technical capabilities
• Over 5 years of project management and delivery experience, with familiarity with project management principles and the ability to independently complete tasks
• Strong organizational, execution, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage project progress, quality, cost, risks, safety, and other key aspects
• Strong team management and resource coordination abilities
• Experience in integrated or software project delivery management, preferably in AI, GPU, or related projects
• Willingness to travel for medium to long-term assignments based on project needs
• Proficiency in English is required for liaising with global clients, and Mandarin is necessary for communicating with clients in China.
• Proficiency in Golang and Python
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company based in Europe or the United States.
