Job Description
As a Finance Transformation Executive, you will be involved in both financial reporting and ERP implementation projects, gaining hands-on exposure to advisory and consulting work. This role provides an opportunity to develop accounting, systems, and business process knowledge while working alongside experienced professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Support financial close processes and audit preparation
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in ERP implementation (data preparation, testing, and documentation)
- Support documentation of workflows, SOPs, and process improvements
- Participate in client engagements and project support
- Assist in preparing working papers, reports, and presentation materials
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Interest in ERP systems, digital finance, or advisory work
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office applications
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment
