Job Description

Role Overview

As a Finance Transformation Intern, you will support financial reporting and ERP implementation projects while gaining practical exposure to consulting and advisory work. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop both accounting and system knowledge through real-world assignments alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
  • Support basic bookkeeping and account reconciliations
  • Assist in data entry, data preparation, and data migration for ERP systems
  • Support ERP implementation activities including system testing (UAT) and documentation
  • Assist in documenting workflows, SOPs, and finance processes
  • Participate in client meetings and provide administrative and project support
  • Assist in preparing reports, working papers, and presentation materials

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is an added advantage
  • Interest in ERP systems, technology, or consulting work
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to support interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Proficient in office applications (e.g., spreadsheets and word processing tools)
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and responsible with a positive working attitude
