Job Description

1. Responsible for daily accuracy operations and to ensure compliance with the company policies and statutory requirement/guidelines
2. Preparation for weekly/ monthly commission and expenses payment
3. Responsible for weekly/ monthly closing report
4. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
5. To liaise with other parties, auditor, banker, agent, co-agency & developer
6. To ensure softcopy and hardcopy documents saved and files in order
7. Bank in cash or cheque
8. Handling of online banking system (CIMB BIZ) – online transfer, bulk payment or any other payment
9. Responsible for submit monthly withholding tax
10. Carrying out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as and when required

Job Requirements

•  Candidate must possess at least Post-Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Management or equivalent
• Required skill(s): MS Offices, SQL System (in advantage)
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
