Role Overview

This role represents Management on the ground. You will oversee outlet performance, manage staff recruitment and scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple outlets. The position requires travelling between outlets depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Outlet Monitoring & Compliance

• Conduct regular outlet visits and spot checks
• Ensure SOP, hygiene, and service standards are consistently followed
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
• Prepare performance reports for Management

Staff Management

• Interview and shortlist candidates
• Conduct onboarding and SOP training 
• Monitor discipline and staff performance
• Plan and manage outlet duty rosters / timetables
• Coordinate manpower allocation between outlets when required

Operational Support

• Assist in resolving ad hoc operational and logistics issues
• Ensure sufficient manpower coverage during peak periods
• Escalate minor and major operational issues to Management for review and direction.

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day (excluding 1-hour break)
• 6 days per week
• Schedule may vary based on operational requirements
   

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in F&B, retail operations, or outlet supervision
• Experience managing staff or outlet preferred
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills
• Able to travel between outlets in Klang Valley
• Must possess own transport
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive
• No smoking or vaping during working hours or while representing the Company
• No alcohol consumption during working hours
• Must not report to work under the influence of alcohol

Professionalism and personal discipline are essential, as this role represents Management across outlets.
