About the role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Intern to join the AFY Haniff Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. team in our Melaka office. This is an internship position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Shopee).
• Create short-form videos, reels, posts, and captions aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
• Edit content using simple tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, InShot).
• Research trends, hashtags, and viral formats to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns.

Live Hosting / Live Streaming

• Act as a live host or co-host for live sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or Shopee Live.
• Introduce products/services clearly and confidently during live sessions.
• Engage with the audience in real time (answer questions, respond to comments, encourage interaction).
• Follow live scripts, promotions, or talking points prepared by the team.
• Assist in setting up live sessions (lighting, camera, product arrangement).
• Support post-live tasks such as reviewing performance and highlights.

Marketing Support

• Assist in executing online marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Help monitor content performance (views, likes, comments, engagement).
• Gather feedback and insights from audience interactions.
• Support ad-hoc marketing tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Final year degree or diploma student who is taking marketing, business, multimedia, or any related course.
• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and a live audience.
• Creative, confident, and energetic personality.
• Basic video editing and content creation skills.
• Good communication skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-changing trends.
• Ability to work in a team and take feedback positively.
