Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing / Business Intern to join our team! This internship is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, business operations, CRM, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and schedule at least 6 social media content pieces per week aligned with marketing objectives.
• Learn and assist in CRM setup, basic AI automation workflows, and customer journey mapping.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily marketing reports.
• Support the team with marketing and business-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Studies, Advertising, E-commerce, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Location: Setapak
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
