• Sales Excellence: Drive the end-to-end sales process, matching employers with domestic workers from the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and other approved source countries.
  
• Global Coordination: Liaise with overseas partners to streamline the recruitment and placement pipeline.
  
• Digital Mastery: Manage employer and worker applications with precision using the EPPAX and SIPERMID systems.
  
• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for immigration matters, following up with relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals.
  
• Consultative Support: Provide clear, professional guidance to clients regarding application processes and work permit requirements.
  
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist in tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth office operations.
