* Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Understand customers’ coffee preferences and recommend suitable coffee machines, coffee selections, and accessories.

* Conduct coffee tasting and product demonstrations.

* Explain product features, machine functions, brewing options, and coffee varieties.

* Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.

* Promote ongoing campaigns, bundles, membership benefits, and new product launches.

* Assist customers with product enquiries, account registration, and purchases.

* Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions.

* Ensure the boutique, product displays, machines, and tasting areas are clean and presentable.

* Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory checking.

* Support daily boutique operations and work closely with the retail team.

* Provide basic after-sales guidance on machine usage, maintenance, and cleaning.

* Deliver a premium customer experience in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Welcome and connect with customers in a friendly, professional way and quickly assess their coffee tastes and needs.
• Run clear, approachable coffee tastings and product demonstrations that highlight flavour differences and machine features.
• Answer product enquiries, guide customers through account registration, and support purchase decisions with confidence.

Sales & Merchandising

• Drive individual sales targets and support boutique goals by promoting campaigns, bundles, membership benefits, and new launches.
• Create and maintain attractive product displays and tasting stations that reflect brand standards.
• Communicate product features, brewing options, and membership advantages to convert interest into sales.

Operations & After-sales

• Maintain clean, presentable machines, tasting areas, and displays throughout your shift.
• Help with stock replenishment, perform basic inventory checks, and flag low stock to the team.
• Provide straightforward after-sales guidance on machine use, basic maintenance, and cleaning routines.
• Collaborate with the retail team on daily tasks, shift handovers, and boutique operations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; we value attitude and coachability.
• Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, F&B, or customer service is an advantage.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and coffee tastings in a public setting.
• Basic understanding of coffee machines, brewing methods, and routine machine care.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and simple inventory tasks.
• Able to absorb product updates and stay current with promotions and brand information.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, confident, presentable, and comfortable approaching customers on the shop floor.
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; additional languages are an advantage.
