As a Supply Chain Assistant/Executive you will be a Builder: you will create and refine order-to-delivery routines, scale inventory controls, and set up repeatable transport arrangements. Your day-to-day work will convert stock movement and delivery updates into reliable processes that lower cost and reduce delays.

Your Growth & Impact

• Develop hands-on experience with inbound and outbound inventory processes, improving accuracy and reporting for client accounts.
• Expand your client-facing skills by managing order flows with dealers and communicating timely delivery updates.
• Build clear, routine stock and logistics reports so teams can act on information faster and with more confidence.
• Strengthen operational efficiency by coordinating transport arrangements and following up on deliveries to meet customer fulfilment.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• 1 Contract position(s) available.
•  We prefer female Bumi (Malay & other races) and Chinese.
