If you are looking to build a strong foundation in FMCG sales, this role offers the chance to learn the trade hands-on while growing your income and career. As a Sales Executive (FMCG / General Trade), you will work with assigned customers and sub-distributors to grow sales, increase brand visibility and support profitable business growth. Fresh graduates are welcome; it comes with a commission-based earning structure offering a potential income of RM5,000, and comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed. 

• Work closely with sub-distributors to execute sales strategies and achieve targets
• Drive sales growth with retailers and business partners to expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sub-distributors
• Negotiate for shelf space, secondary displays and successful new product launches
• Manage day-to-day trade matters and resolve operational issues
• Monitor stock levels at retailer and distributor level to ensure on-shelf availability
• Align monthly sales forecasts with the supply chain team
• Manage trade investment and promotional spend to maximise ROI
• Share market feedback and sales insights with management
