YYC GBS is the cloud-integrated arm of the YYC Group, specialising in modernising back-office accounting, payroll and compliance for SMEs by deploying cloud accounting platforms and advisory-led outsourcing. The company seeks a Cloud Accounting Executive (open to fresh graduates) to manage full-set accounting portfolios using cloud tools, support tax compliance and e-invoicing, and assist clients' transitions to cloud-based accounting ecosystems.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Full-Set Accounting & Financial Reporting: Receive structured training to manage and maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliations) for assigned clients; assist in preparing monthly management reports, financial statements, and supporting schedules; monitor client cash flow performance and conduct basic variance analysis under guidance; support year-end closing, external audit and tax preparation workflows.
• 2. Cloud Accounting & Digitalisation: Learn to operate and master cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, AutoCount Cloud, Bukku); guide clients transitioning from paper-based methods to cloud platforms.
• 3. Tax Compliance & E-Invoicing: Assist in calculation, preparation and submission of SST returns; stay updated on LHDN e-invoicing guidelines; implement, validate and issue e-invoices integrated with clients' cloud accounting systems.
• 4. Client Support: Communicate professionally with clients to gather financial documentation and resolve basic accounting or transactional queries.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or currently pursuing professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in an accounting firm, corporate secretarial firm, or shared services environment is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge & Skills: Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian SST guidelines; basic understanding or awareness of LHDN e-invoicing framework preferred; strong eagerness to learn cloud accounting tools (Xero, Bukku, etc.); meticulous with numbers, highly organised, and deadline-driven.
