Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily administrative, processing, and documentation work.

The role involves handling paperwork, data entry, document checking, filing, follow-ups, and coordination for employment, visa, and domestic helper-related processing.

Training will be provided. Candidates with admin experience or fresh graduates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Prepare, check, scan, file, and organise documents.
  • Assist with application processing and follow-up matters.
  • Update records, trackers, forms, and internal files accurately.
  • Coordinate with candidates, clients, workers, employers, and external parties when needed.
  • Follow up on missing documents, pending information, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Assist with WhatsApp, email, and phone communication.
  • Support the team with operational and ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior admin, documentation, customer service, recruitment, visa, or processing experience is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Careful, organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to follow instructions and handle confidential documents properly.
  • Able to work independently and follow up on tasks after training.

Right to Work Requirements

  • Candidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred
    • Local citizens of this country
    • Permanent residents (PR) of this country
    • Candidates who already have a work permit for this country
