We are hiring a Chef de Partie, Pastry for an international cruise ship opportunity.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong pastry experience who are confident in preparing high-quality pastry items in a professional kitchen environment.

Salary

USD 3,000/month

Job Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie, Pastry, you will be responsible for supporting pastry production and ensuring consistent quality in daily preparation.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare pastry, dessert, and bakery-related items according to required standards 
• Support daily mise en place and pastry production 
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning 
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are followed 
• Manage assigned pastry station efficiently during preparation and service 
• Support inventory control and proper storage of pastry ingredients 
• Work closely with the galley team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Chef de Partie Pastry, Pastry Chef, Demi Chef Pastry, or similar pastry role 
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, bakeries, or cruise ships is an advantage 
• Good communication skills in English 
• Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, desserts, and kitchen hygiene 
• Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment 
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain consistent quality 
• Willing to work onboard a cruise ship
