About Jobs Kreate

Jobs Kreate is a recruitment agency based near KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. We connect Malaysians with careers across cruise, hospitality, F&B and beyond. This is a broad Marketing Intern role that goes beyond social media content. You will help us market job opportunities and play a real part in talent acquisition, helping us find, attract and engage the right candidates. It is ideal for someone who enjoys content and campaigns and also wants hands-on exposure to recruitment and employer branding.

Marketing & Content

• Create content for our social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Write captions, short-form copy and simple campaign and email messages
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Help manage our content calendar and posting schedule
• Do light design and basic video editing for posts and reels
• Use AI tools to speed up content, research and ideation
• Track basic performance such as engagement, reach and leads, and share what is working

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Help source and reach out to potential candidates across job portals, social media and talent communities
• Write and post job ads and support recruitment marketing campaigns
• Support applicant screening, candidate engagement and keeping talent pipelines organised
• Help strengthen our employer brand to attract the right people
• Research talent markets, hiring trends and competitor activity
• Help with ad hoc marketing, recruitment and administrative tasks as the team needs

The Details

• Allowance: RM800 to RM1,000 per month
• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Working days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility around classes
• Location: On-site at our office near KLCC, Kuala Lumpur
• Start date: Immediate or flexible

Job Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Human Resources or a related field
• Interested in both marketing and talent acquisition, with a genuine curiosity about content, campaigns and connecting with people
• Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Writes clearly in English, with Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese an added advantage
• Comfortable with everyday tools such as Canva, CapCut and Google Workspace, and keen to work with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
• Organised, personable, reliable and eager to learn

Past internship, freelance, campus club, content-creation or recruitment experience is a bonus, not a must.
