Meta Ads | Google Ads | E-Commerce Sales
We are hiring a Marketing Manager (Paid Ads) for a fast-growing luxury bag reselling business.
The company currently has strong offline and WhatsApp-based sales. We are now looking for someone to build and grow online sales through paid advertising, digital marketing, and e-commerce channels.
This is a hands-on marketing role. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and improving paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, while supporting online sales through Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and eBay.
This role is suitable for someone who understands how to turn ads into enquiries, leads, and sales.
Main Responsibilities
Paid Ads & Digital Marketing
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads
- Set up retargeting campaigns
- Test ad creatives, captions, audiences, offers, and campaign angles
- Monitor ad performance, leads, sales, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Improve campaigns based on performance data
- Build the company’s online marketing strategy from the ground up
E-Commerce & Online Sales
- Set up, manage, and optimise the Shopify store
- Set up and manage TikTok Shop with proper sales process
- Upload and optimise eBay product listings
- Improve product titles, descriptions, pricing, photos, and listing quality
- Drive online sales through Shopify, eBay, Instagram, TikTok Shop, and paid ads
Social Media & Content
- Create or coordinate daily posting for TikTok and Instagram
- Prepare sales-focused product content
- Support Instagram enquiries and online customer engagement
- Build the brand’s online presence across digital platforms
- Support existing WhatsApp business communities when needed
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Able to manage paid campaigns independently
- Understands leads, traffic, retargeting, ROAS, conversion rate, and online sales funnels
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce store management
- Experience with TikTok Shop, eBay, Instagram sales, or social commerce is an advantage
- Able to write or improve ad copy, captions, and product listings
- Sales-driven, data-driven, and results-focused
- Able to work independently without close supervision
- Comfortable working directly with the founder
- Experience in luxury goods, fashion, retail, reselling, or premium products is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia
Commission Structure
Online bags sold per month:
1 to 5 bags sold ▶️ RM215 per bag
6 to 10 bags sold ▶️ RM320 per bag
11 to 20 bags sold ▶️ RM430 per bag
More than 20 bags sold ▶️ RM535 per bag
Commission starts from day one, and will be paid for every bag sold online through Shopify, eBay, Instagram, TikTok Shop, or other approved online sales channels..
The more online sales the candidate generates, the more they can earn on top of the basic salary.
