Jobs Kreate is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager on behalf of our client for a restaurant located at Sunway Square Mall, Selangor.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager who can oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the outlet team and maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant’s overall daily operations. 
• Lead, supervise and schedule the service and kitchen teams. 
• Ensure employees follow operational procedures and service standards. 
• Monitor customer service and handle feedback professionally. 
• Train, guide and evaluate employees’ performance. 
• Manage employee attendance, shift schedules and manpower requirements. 
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment. 
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised and ready for operations. 
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and halal-handling standards. 
• Monitor sales performance, operating costs and daily reports. 
• Handle the restaurant’s opening and closing procedures. 
• Work closely with management to achieve outlet targets. 
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the company. 

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen only. 
• Below 40 years old. 
• Full-time position only; no part-time arrangement. 
• Must be able to communicate confidently in Mandarin, English and Malay. 
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar restaurant management role is required. 
• Strong leadership and team-management skills. 
• Able to manage restaurant operations and resolve workplace issues independently. 
• Customer-focused, responsible and organised. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. 
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. 
• Familiarity with POS systems, employee scheduling, stock control and outlet reporting is an advantage. 

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary up to RM5,000 per month, depending on experience. 
• RM300 monthly travelling allowance. 
• RM200 monthly phone allowance. 
• RM150 monthly full-attendance allowance. 
• Total monthly package of up to RM5,650, subject to eligibility and assessment.
