As a Project Engineer, you’ll help turn drawings and technical plans into practical solutions. You’ll coordinate site activities, support project delivery, and work with a team to ensure projects are completed safely and on time. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, seeing real progress, and taking responsibility.

Responsibilities

•  Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects to ensure timely completion within budget. 
•  Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and provide technical support. 
•  Coordinate with design, production, quality, procurement, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. 
•  Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and progress, and provide regular status updates. 
•  Prepare project documentation, including project plans, reports, work instructions, and technical documents.
•  Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with customer specifications. 
•  Support new product introduction (NPI), process improvements, and production ramp-up activities. 
•  Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution. 
•  Coordinate equipment installation, machine commissioning, and production trials where applicable. 
•  Ensure projects comply with company quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. 
•  Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for project-related issues. 
•  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. 
•  Perform any other duties assigned by management. 

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in project engineering, manufacturing, automation, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with automation equipment, machine assembly, jigs & fixtures, or precision fabrication is an advantage. 
• Experience in managing engineering projects from planning through implementation. 
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, jigs & fixtures, and production workflows. 
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Willing to travel when required.
