Job Description

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening, closing, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Supervise staff, manage duty rosters, monitor attendance, and provide training.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance, promote upselling, and support sales target achievement.
• Manage stock inventory, minimise wastage, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and outlet service standards.
• Prepare operational reports and report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of outlet operations, customer service, stock control, and cash handling.
• Able to monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to achieve sales targets and maintain outlet service standards
