Job Description

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
2. Support the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
4. Assist in preparing job advertisements and employer branding materials.
5. Support HR administrative tasks and documentation.
6. Assist consultants in sourcing and recruitment projects.
7. Participate in ad-hoc HR and business support assignments.

Job Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related disciplines.
2. Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheet.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
6. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive mindset.
7. Internship period of at least 3 months.
