What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Engage HR leaders and decision-makers to understand hiring needs
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Prepare proposals and present recruitment solutions
• Work closely with recruitment consultants to deliver successful placements
• Represent Primeworq at industry events and networking sessions

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
• At least 2 years of experience in business development or recruitment sales
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong communication skills in English + another language
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and social selling
