Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that integrate storytelling, art, music, movement, outdoor play, and practical life skills.
• Incorporate outdoor classroom experiences and nature-inspired activities into daily learning.
• Support children’s holistic development — intellectual, emotional, social, and moral.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s growth and progress.
• Foster a nurturing, balanced classroom rhythm through positive guidance and empathy.
• Maintain open and regular communication with parents through updates, meetings, and conferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum continuity and contribute to school events, festivals, and community activities.
• Organize or support outdoor learning experiences, field trips, and seasonal celebrations.

Age Groups

• Kindergarten Teacher → For children aged 4–6 years old (preparatory early childhood setting).
• Main Lesson Teacher → For children aged 7–14 years old (Grades 1–8, guiding the same class group through their primary years).

Job Requirements

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in any discipline (Education background not mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching, facilitation, or related experience with children.
• Passion for holistic and child-centered teaching approaches.
• Appreciation for nature, sustainability, and outdoor education.
• Strong classroom leadership skills with warmth, patience, and empathy.
• Commitment to reflective practice and continuous self-development.
