Job Description

Product Data Control
• Maintain and manage product master data including part numbers, BOMs (Bill of Materials), drawings, specifications, and revision histories.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data in PDM/PLM systems (e.g.: SAP).
• Implement and maintain data classification and naming conventions

Change Management
• Coordinate Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and Deviation Notices.
• Track change approvals and ensure timely updates of affected documentation.
• Communicate product changes effectively across departments (engineering, production, purchasing, and quality).

Document & Drawing Management
• Control versioning, release, and archiving of technical drawings and documents.
• Ensure proper documentation for product configuration and traceability.

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and product modification activities with accurate data setup.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure product data supports production and compliance needs.
• Provide training or support to users on PDM related system usage and standards.

Compliance & Auditing
• Ensure product data complies with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to document control and product data management. 

Job Requirements

<Requirement>
• Min. diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering, or related field
• Min. 2–5 years in Product Data Management, Document Control, or related manufacturing/engineering role.
• Experience with PDM related systems (e.g.: SAP)

<Advantageous>
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of BOM structure, engineering documentation, and configuration management.
• Good communication and coordination skills across multiple functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and CAD tools
