Job Description

 • Familiar with SAP System
• Establish Strategy Planning and Develop the objectives for Continual Improvement of Warehouse & Logistics.
• Operation with Company Key Performance Indicator by Annual Fiscal Year.
• Develop the new SOP/WI when necessary to ensure all the Warehouse & Logistics Operation Process Flow always.
• Reflect on current practice. Modify or Amend the Documented Procedure if does not meet to QMS/EMS Documented Procedures.
• Direct and oversee daily Warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, chemical and packaging supplies.
• Direct and Oversea daily Logistics operation, ensuring inbound and outbound shipment are smoothly running and meet to compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service levels, and cost reduction across Warehouse & Logistics functions.
• Oversee and manage waste management activities, ensuring all write off / scrap stock activities are compliance to company scrap policies and government regulations.
• Ensure all incoming and Outgoing shipments are compliance with FIZ Customs regulations and/or other statutory government bodies on monthly reports, yearly report, scrap report, renewal of licenses and valuation, custom import/export of raw materials, finished products, machinery & others.
• Oversee manpower management by conducting relevant training and guidance to team members to execute daily operational tasks.
• Lead and conduct monthly inventory cycle count, proactively manage long aging stock or end-of-life (EOL) inventory to minimize obsolescence and maintain accuracy, upkeep and quality of complete inventory integration.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior from time to time. 

Job Requirements

 Education: Min Diploma/ Bachelor degree holder in Business/Supply Chain and related field
Working experience: 5 years’ experience as Warehouse and Logistics in *manufacturing* (MUST)

Other skills:
•Familiar with SAP
•Microsoft Excel Advance (especially in formula function)
•Good strategy in planning, advance mathematic calculation and sharp sensitive mind
