Job Description

Our client is a smart machine manufacturer who specialized in providing One-Stop solution for customers with standard & customized automated machine. 

Core Duties:
1. Responsible for project design and planning.
2. Drafting technical drawings and preparing related documentation.
3. Managing drawings and design documents.
4. Troubleshooting design issues during product trial production.

Job Responsibilities :
1. Project design and planning.
2. 3D design for projects.
3. Preparation of 2D drawings, BOMs, operation manuals, and maintenance manuals.
4. Drafting other technical documentation.
5. Organizing, compiling, and archiving project materials. 

Job Requirements

1. At least Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
2. At lest 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design preferably for Automation System.
3. Proficient in mechanical automation equipment design principles and skilled in using CAD/SolidWorks and other relevant design software.
4. Capable of independently completing general assembly and component drawings for mechanical automation equipment.
5. Familiar with design standards and specifications for various mechanical parts, standard/non-standard components, universal parts, and pneumatic elements.
6. Able to independently troubleshoot mechanical automation equipment, with strong hands-on skills and expertise in mechanical measurement, assembly, and fitting.
7. Thorough understanding of the fundamental principles, structure, performance, technical parameters, and installation/debugging methods of mechanical automation systems.
8. Willing to travel locally/overseas for field support & services
