Job Description
Business Nature: Japan based logistic company. Provide International Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, for both Air & Sea Cargo, Inland Transportation, Warehousing as well as Packaging & Installation of Heavy Cargo.
Position Title: Operation Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation such as Invoices, Bill of Lading and etc.
- Liaise with customers and overseas agents on documentation & billing.
- Billing / payments to customers, vendors and overseas agent.
- Coordinate shipment such as data entry, warehouse in/out, delivery order and related documentation.
Job Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in any field (preferably major in logistic).
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding / shipping experience.
