Position Title: Production Manager (AOI Department) 

Job Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans and schedules, optimizing the use of automated systems and visual inspection equipment.
• Team Management and Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control standards for automated systems and visual inspection processes, ensuring products meet specifications.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of automated equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Budget and Cost Control: Manage production budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or efficiency.
• Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Integration of New Technologies: Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in automation and visual inspection technologies and integrate them into the production process. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of automated systems, visual inspection technologies, and related software.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Ability to identify and resolve production issues, analyze data, and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies
