Job Description

 • Liaise with overseas customers and suppliers on sourcing requirements for sports accessories.
• Support global customers by communicating project updates and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Assist in product development procurement, including price and term negotiations to ensure optimal supply assurance, quality, flexibility, and delivery performance.
• Create and maintain accurate product data, including product codes, packaging details, and shipping instructions.
• Ensure proper procurement processes and documentation for order issuance and receipt.
• Handle logistics arrangements for the full order cycle, including shipment coordination and tracking.
• Ensure all purchased goods meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain an organized filing system and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval.
• Provide support in sample follow-up, basic material checking, and simple development tasks when required. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel overseas when required.
• Proficient in desktop applications and Windows-based programs.
• Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
• Independent, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
• Responsible, with good negotiation and communication skills.
