Job Description
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly reports on sales, labor costs, and key operational metrics to support management decisions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between local operations and Japan HQ, ensuring smooth information exchange and collaboration.
- Support Japan HQ's public relations initiatives and maintain brand consistency in the local market.
- Assist in coordinating and executing internal audit processes from Japan HQ.
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and processes based on data analysis.
- Responsible for employee salary management.
Job Requirements
Must:
- Open to fresh graduates
- Proficient in English, Japanese and Malay
-Driver's license holder and have own car.
※N3 level Japanese is required (as you will be communicating with our Japan team/counterparts)
★Corporate Planning experience welcome.
