Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Quality Control systems and obtain relevant quality certifications.
• Oversee sample phase processes, perform quality statistical analysis, and monitor mass production quality performance.
• Develop and implement Standard Inspection Plans (SIP) for mass production.
• Manage nonconformities in production and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Handle customer complaints in accordance with the 1-3-7 principle (Day 1: report, Day 3: conclusion, Day 7: closure).
• Coordinate and manage timely handling of returned materials from customers.
• Provide training to QC team members on customer-specific criteria and internal quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for internal and customer quality issues, implement solutions, and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure effective Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and compliance with QMS standards.

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication or aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and Supplier Quality Management practices.
• Proficient in quality tools such as PFMEA, 7 Basic Quality Tools, and statistical analysis methods.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
