Job Description

  We specialize in manufacturing printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) tailored for the Internet of Things (IoT) market. We cater to a wide range of industries such as communication industry, automotive industry, medical industry, delivering high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective PCBAs that enable IoT products to function reliably and efficiently.

• Develop, implement, and optimize PCBA, SMT & Box Build processes to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the assembly process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in terms of yield, cycle time, and process stability.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager. 

Job Requirements

  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline).
• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to PCBA, SMT, and Box Build processes.
• Solid knowledge of process development, implementation, and optimization in a high-volume production setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving assembly line issues.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives related to yield, cycle time, and process stability.
• Familiar with industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., IPC, ISO 9001).
