• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in terms of yield, cycle time, and process stability.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline).
• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to PCBA, SMT, and Box Build processes.
• Solid knowledge of process development, implementation, and optimization in a high-volume production setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving assembly line issues.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives related to yield, cycle time, and process stability.
• Familiar with industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., IPC, ISO 9001).
