Product / Service: Marine, building materials, wood engineering

-Manage the sales, administration and daily operation of Penang & Ipoh Branch
-Organize weekly sales, collections and inventory meeting, track performance and monitor follow up action items
-Motivate, train and develop sales & administrative team to the highest level to ensure that all objectives are achieved
Initiate and coordinate action plan to penetrate new business and market
-Oversee all sales activities in the assigned region and ensure that the business is being properly managed
Job Requirements
-Over 7 years of project-based sales experience
-At least 2 years of management experience
-Engineering background (mechanical or engine-related)
-Necessary to travel to KL for meeting (not frequent)
*From similar industry has advantage.
