Job Description

Note: ** ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance 

•  Assist in the development and implementation of ESG initiatives, focusing on environmental tracking, waste management, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.
  • Collect and analyze ESG-related data from project sites (e.g., energy and water consumption, waste disposal, supplier transportation mileage).
  • Support ESG reporting and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry frameworks such as SEDG (Sustainable and ESG Disclosure Guide).
  • Work closely with various departments, including project teams, procurement, operations, and finance, to integrate ESG best practices into daily operations.
  • Research ESG trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to the interior design and renovation industry.
  • Coordinate ESG awareness and training programs for employees and stakeholders.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement, including suppliers, clients, and regulators, to drive ESG collaboration.
  • Provide support in preparing ESG-related presentations, reports, and communications. 

Job Requirements

 • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks, carbon footprint tracking, or sustainability reporting is an advantage.
