・Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).

- Manage cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and optimize working capital.
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with Malaysian financial institutions.
・International Finance & Compliance
- Manage credit control and receivables collection processes for overseas customers.
- Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
・Team Management
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate 2–3 local finance and accounting staff.

- Review and improve finance-related processes to enhance efficiency.

■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Minimum 7 years of hands-on accounting or finance experience.
・At least 2 years of team management experience as a manager (managing 3 or more team members).
・Proven experience in leading month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing in compliance with MFRS.
・Knowledge and hands-on experience in cost accounting (experience in retail or wholesale industry is a plus).
・In-depth knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS/MPERS) and Malaysian taxation.
・PC skills: Word, Excel (comfortable with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, Power BI
■ ADVANTAGES
・Accounting/finance experience in logistics, warehousing, trading, or wholesale industry.
・Experience working in a Japanese company, or experience reporting to a Japanese parent company.
・Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365FO, etc.), either implementation or usage.
・Holder of a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants).
・Business-level Japanese (for smooth communication with the parent company) – JLPT N2 or above.
・Knowledge and hands-on experience with transfer pricing.
