• Reporting to Director on a monthly and daily basic with management financial and sales report
• Submit monthly sales team report and forecast by the 1st week of the month
• Monitor sales team on daily update of CRM
• Conduct weekly meeting with sales team and KPI scoring and monthly meeting with Director
• Need travelling in Malaysia ~5 to 7 days in a month.
• General Management and leading the business to achieve the sales and operating income targets for each year
• Leadership and people management including responsibility for recruiting and managing a high performing team of functional leaders across Sales, Channel Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan
• Establish the dealership and agent network
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy for the assigned company’s brand to meet sales objective
• Possess leadership ,oversea, lead and drive the sales team to achieve sales target and aggressively market the company’s product
• Lead the team and increase the performance of personal and sales
• Managing people in order to ensure strategies are executed properly
• Identify key decision makers for each market and manage relationships for commercial opportunities
• Expands business by building relationships and identifying new business potential
• Making presentations to clients to explain our value proposition, services and technology solutions
• Respond to the tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Over 5 years of sales experience in dealing with project tendering with over 3 years of experience in management
・Must possess experience in managing team sales target, forecast, and managing costing and profit
・Possess experience in leading a team over 5 members
■ ADVANTAGES
・Candidate with good knowledge and experience in medical industry has advantage.
・Candidate with experience dealing with KKM (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia) or JKR (Jabatan Kerja Raya) has advantage.
■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Willing to travel when required and able to work under pressure and meet project deadline
• Result Oriented in achieving set target
• Independent, self-motivated, committed, ability to interact and team player
• Flexible, self-starter, capable of quick learning
