Job Description
- Technology Strategy and Investment Decisions
Determine the technical direction to maximize manufacturing productivity, and lead necessary capital investment and technology implementation initiatives. - Maintaining and Improving Quality and Productivity
Technically ensure that the high hygiene and quality standards required for the manufacture of cosmetic tools are strictly adhered to.
Drive efficiency and automation (Kaizen) of production lines to reduce manufacturing costs. - Engineering Team Leadership
Lead the technical collective by setting objectives, evaluating performance, and managing the recruitment and development of the Production Technology and Mechanical Design teams. - Cross-Departmental Liaison
Translate requirements from Sales and Development teams into technical execution at the site, balancing business demands with technical feasibility.
Job Requirements
【Must】
・Having 8 years more experience of Engineer. (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical (PLC) / Mechatronic or related field)
* Ability to create jigs and read blueprints is required.
・Having Management experience
・Fluent English proficiency
*Job hopper is not suitable in this position
