Job Description

 - Production Planning & Scheduling
・Liaise with Production Planner for execution of Production Planning
・Ensure efficient use of materials, manpower and machine equipment
・Monitor production output, waste and production target.
・Take prompt corrective actions if targets are not met.

- Team Management
・Lead, train and motivate production staffs
・Manage shift schedules and workloads
・Monitor team performance and handle staffing issues

- Quality Control/Management
・Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
・Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams to implement improvements
・Address any quality issues or non-conformities promptly
・Implementing and maintaining quality control systems, including adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 requirements, involving quality audits, and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.

- Cost & Resource Management
・Control production cost and minimize waste
・Ensure efficient use of resources, including raw materials and machinery
・Maintain production records and reports for budgeting and forecasting

- Health & Safety Compliance
・Enforce health and safety regulations in production area
・Ensure employees follow 5S and safe working practices
・Conduct risk assessments and maintain a safe work environment

- Process Improvement
・Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
・Optimize production workflows and reduce downtime
・Coordinate maintenance of equipment and machinery)
・Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning for new product or engineering changes.

- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
・Coordinate maintenance of equipment and machinery
・Ability to identify and analyze production issues, develop effective solutions, and implement
corrective actions.

- Communication & Coordination
・Liaise with Planner, Sales, QA, and other departments
・Report production updates to upper managements
・Address and resolve operational challenges or delays 

Job Requirements

 ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Over 5 years of experience in production environment with over 2 years of experience leading a small production team
・Familiar with the compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001

■ ADVANTAGES
・Experience dealing with IATF 16949 is an advantage
