Job Description

 PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
・Identify & manage product types and customer requirements.
・Coordinate with raw material suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

PRODUCT PLANNING AND FORECASTING
・Conduct self-forecasting based on previous month’s orders or by using forecasts provided by customers.
・Verify raw material availability, manpower resources and machine capacity prior to issuing production plans.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
・Monitor and maintain raw material and finished goods inventory levels
・Update records of raw materials and finished goods that are currently hold by quality department.
・Check stock levels regularly and ensure sufficient inventory is maintain.

PROCUREMENT COORDINATION
・Issue orders for Calking (Assembly) Process from Japan or China.
・Issue orders for Punching (Stamping) Process from Japan or Austria or South Korea.

PRODUCTION DATA RECORDING
・Key-in production data into Production Record Book.
・Track and record output percentage for Calking (Assembly) and Punching (Stamping) machines.

Job Requirements

 ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Over 1 ~ 2 years of experience in Production Planning
・Fresh Graduate from study related Supply Chain Management / Mathematics / Engineering welcome to apply !!

■ ADVANTAGES
・Experience dealing with IATF 16949 is an advantage
