Our company is the Malaysian subsidiary of a major Japanese automotive parts manufacturer.
Our clients include a wide range of companies, primarily automotive manufacturers (both Malaysian and Japanese) as well as machinery manufacturers.
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager or Sales Manager Candidate to oversee the Sales Department and lead the organization by achieving results personally as well.
[Main Responsibilities]
-Follow up with existing customers (regular meetings, acquiring new projects, follow-up on existing items, etc.)
-Develop new business with potential clients
-Formulate and execute sales strategies, including numerical analysis
-Overall management of the Sales Department
-Train, guide, set targets, and monitor progress for a team of 5–6 subordinates
[Additional Information]
-Domestic and overseas business trips (currently about once every six months, with potential for increased frequency in the future)
[ Must ]
- Over 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (experience with parts is not required)
- Experience in managing team members
- Ability to operate MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Drivers` License for own transport.
