You will mainly work and commute directly between your home and client sites.
As this is our first hire in Malaysia, the new employee will initially carry out route sales independently, with occasional support from our Sales Manager based in Singapore.
In case any major issues arise, our Managing Director in Thailand will also provide assistance by visiting Malaysia when necessary.
(We do have a sales distributor's office in Penang)
・Conduct regular sales visits to existing clients (including needs assessment and after-sales support)
・Develop new clients and conduct proposal-based sales activities
・Plan and execute sales strategies in collaboration with distributors
・Carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets
・Business trips within Malaysia are required (e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Johor Bahru, etc.)

・At least 2 years of sales experience in machine parts.
・Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are advantage:
- Bearing manufacturers
- Manufacturers of mechanical components such as cylinders, motors, or linear motion devices
- FA equipment, machine tools, or industrial machinery-related companies
・Having your own transport and a driving license
You will be supported through on-the-job training (OJT), including client visits accompanied by a manager during the initial period.
