Job Description

 - Advice and design based on relevant engineering authority standards requirements to design for client/ tender project.
- To attend and explain technical specifics to sub-contractors, clients, discussion and meetings.
- To support and monitoring all branches engineering operating.
- To liaise and coordinate with authorities/consultant for site inspection and approval.
- To prepare project forecast budget, margin, calculation & documentation.
- Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, BQ and specifications.
- To monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials, and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications, and samples, owner standards and quality.
- Resolve any site problems should any arise.
- Project Scheduling, planning and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Attend and answer Japan HQ enquires of projects. 

Job Requirements

【Must】
- 8 years above prior experience in HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Sewage, General Process Utility and Clean Room Design.
- With good knowledge in design, cost estimation and familiar with tendering process

【Advantage】
- At least 3 years of working experience in Japanese company.
