Job Description

 Main role : handles the projects passed by Japan HQ. Current main project on going is Related to API programing used for client's software developing solutions.
Currently in charge is more maintenance and new integration projects, but eventually once the team is expanding number of projects to handle would be increasing.
・The candidate will essentially be assigned to one project.
・There are several projects that are not yet Open, making it a great place to work for those who want to be proactive and take on challenges.

1. To participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, possessing the ability to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
   Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, design specifications, and user guides.
   2. Collaborate with team leads to design and develop flexible, scalable solutions that prioritize business value and usability.
   3. This includes coding, testing, user training, documentation, post-implementation support, debugging, and bug fixing.
   4. Actively participate in the development and execution of QA test plans for System Integration Tests (SITs) and User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
   5. Engage in coding and hands-on development activities. To support continuous improvement activities, which including troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software and applications. To involve actively in peer reviewing each other code and provide high quality output
   6. Responsible for estimating the time needed to complete each task, contributing to the achievement of project goals
   7. The engineer for this position will be involved in building the following services
   [AXLGEAR]Automated contract management solution
   ・Support for automation of contract and billing management
   ・Automation of solution provision
   ・Automation of customer service　
   

<Details of Working environment>
- Approximately 3-4 people will be assigned to each team. Each person is responsible for three to four projects simultaneously.
- New client : Existing client = 2 : 8
- Mainly focus on "Maintenance and operation" and ”Modification of existing systems
- The person in this position hopes to be in a position to manage members in the future, in addition to their engineering skills. 

Job Requirements

<Must>
- Over 5 years of development experience
- Experience with frameworks that use the MVC model (e.g., Laravel, *Django, Ruby on Rails)
- Experience with version control tools (*GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
- Basic Python skills (such as fundamental Python syntax)
- Need to submit Skill Set Excel Sheet (This will be provided by recruiter)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience in backend systems development is highly valued.
