• Prepare tender documentation
• Process supplier claims and contractual payment
• Cost Estimation & Preparation and submission of Variation to Client
• Final Account administration
• Monitor monthly progress
• Variation Order Settlement with client and sub-contractor
• Contract Administration
• Work Closely with Interior Design & Sales Team
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying Or Building Technology.
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in related field (interior design, renovation, construction) in commercial buildings.
• Understand Contractual terms and processes
• Familiar with project costing and pre and post contract administration with good knowledge of laws
• Good Communication skill and able to liaise with consultants and sub-contractors
• Well spoken & writing in English
• Have own transport
