Job Description
1. Product installation and commissioning support
2. Maintenance, inspection, and repair of plastic molding facilities and industrial equipment (periodic inspections, response to malfunctions, etc.)
3. Response to technical inquiries and advice
4. Building relationships of trust through communication with customers
5. Feedback sharing through collaboration with internal technical departments
Job Requirements
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・At least 3 years of working experience in similar industry (plastic molding / machinery).
・Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer or relevant field.
・Work experience in mechanical, electrical, or related field (any industry)
・Possess own vehicles and driving license. Having client at Klang Valley, Malaka and Penang, will be required to travel.
■ ADVANTAGES
・PC skills (proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a plus)
・Working experience in the plastics molding equipment, industrial machinery, chemical and plastics processing industries
