Our client is a specialist construction and engineering company established in Malaysia since 1973, operating as part of a global group under one of the world’s largest construction and concessions organizations. Their expertise spans pre-stressing, construction engineering services and methods for bridges, buildings, and other structures. In addition, they provide specialty construction products such as bridge bearings, expansion joints, high-performance reinforcement systems, structural repairs, and various other engineering solutions.

Job Responsibilities

•  Knowledgeable in prestressing works and hands-on, if required.
• Able to supervise/communicate with a team of workers at the site.
• Able to communicate with sub-contractors and clerks of work.
•  Responsible and able to attend site meetings, as and when required.
•  Able to work under pressure depending on site programme/dateline. 

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years of site supervision experience. (Bridge experience is preferred)
•  Able to read and understand details drawings.
•  Able to work independently in coordinating all works on site.
