Job Roles

 • Lead and manage the data analysis team in developing analytics models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Design and implement data collection and analysis procedures to support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and business operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and provide insights for decision-making through statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Predictive AI for product risk analysis for decision making on product release method
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing proper data governance and validation protocols.
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports to track KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data mining and interpretation.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, or R to manage and visualize data.
• Support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives through effective use of data.
• Train and guide junior analysts and ensure continuous development of the data team. 

Job Requirements

 <Must Requirements>
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics within Manufacturing Industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

<Advantageous>
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics industry environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
