Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategic action plans to address the industry requirements and changes to sustain and grow the product development businesses.
- Consistently determine new and untapped industry and/ or customer account by leveraging on effective business tools and processes.
- Regularly analyze the industry demands and changes as well as alert of competitors’ strategy moves.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage healthy inventory level to ensure the overall performance on track.
- Lead a product management team to pursue respective targeted results, meanwhile nurture and prepare them for succession planning.
- Collaborate with various suppliers and sales forces towards a mutual business objective and grow the business consistently.
- Functionally cross-worked with corporate branding & communications team to conduct marketing
campaigns for stimulating sales activities to achieve desired results.
- Education Background : Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related discipline.
- Experience :Minimum 4-5 years professional experience in the field of commercial functions, experience in consulting or business process improvement is desirable. Experience in implementation of CRM system is highly advantageous
