Job responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Team leadership and development.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and safety policies.
- Identify training needs and assist with the development and delivery of ongoing training programs for staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and personal growth.
